A: To shop in Paradizia Swimwear must be a legal age and register on our Website.

A: Paradizia Swimwear is committed to providing you with a safe and secure shopping experience. We respect your privacy, and any information received is kept confidential. We will keep your e-mail en our files to contact you regard your order, updates and occasionally send you free promotional e-mails. If you want to remove your information from our database, email us at Newsletter@ParadiziaSwimwear.com and we will process your request immediately. We use Paypal for Payment Method, is a service that provides an extra level of secuity for your payments.
 
Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: We accept all credit cards taken by PayPal. And you may also pay using your PayPal account if you have.
 
Q: What is PayPal?
A: PayPal is a free service which allows you to pay with your credit card. You don´t need to have an account with Paypal. 
 
Q: Why my Credit Card was not accepted?

Your card may be rejected for several reasons including:

Q: Why the product that I was looking, is not at the shop now?

Q: Can I buy different Top and Bottom sizes?
A:

No, you cannot mix sizes, the Set is available in the same size. Paradizia Swimwear has excellent fit and offer a wide variety of silhouettes and styles for every body type.

 

Q: How can I check my order?
A:

A Order Confirmation is emailed to you as soon as Paypal confirm us that your payment has been approved, with that email you can access to view the Status of your order. Please note that if any changes are made in the shipping information, the service will be updated, and you will be notified to the email provided at the registration. Q:  Can I remove a Product(s) of my Orders?

Yes, in the Shopping Cart you can remove unwanted items as long you have not paid your order.

 

Q:  Is possible that I order an item that is not in Stock?

Our Website is updated on a regular basis, however, there may be times when an item is not available. If this happen, you will be notified via Email.

Delivery times depends on the destination, usually for the U.S, Central America and South America delivery time is between 3 to 5 business days and for the rest of the World is between 6 to 8 business days.

For purchases above $120 dollars the shipping is totally free. For purchases below $120 shipping will be charged, the rate is according to the destination.

Q: How I can return or exchange an item?
